In this report I will discuss about how to make healthy burgers.
Chapter II

 Ingredients:
 1 Pieces Of Burger Buns
 Mayonnaise
 Ketchup
 Chili Sauce
 Lettuce
 Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced
 Cucumber, Thinly Sliced
 Margarine For Grilling Burgers
Material meat burger:
15 grams of ground beef
15 grams onion, grated
Poor 1 apple, peeled and grated
2 grams of fine bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten off

Spices:
Half a teaspoon of salt
A quarter teaspoon of pepper powder
1 clove garlic
Equipment:
microwave
Bowl
Knife
Tool Eggbeater
Plates Dishes
Spoon
Fork

How to make:
Mix burger ingredients and spices. stir
Divide the dough into 15 parts burger. Flat round shape with 1 cm
Heat margarine in pan. Insert meat burger at a time. Cook until done on both sides.

Presentation:
Take a loaf. Two flat sides. Brush the bread with mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and chili sauce. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a beef burger cooked
Bake three minutes in toaster panggangan or microwave. If no, can also bake the bread briefly in a flat pan.
