INTRODUCTION

Culinary business world today is very fast, no excuse for the next generation to forget the very simple foods, like tempeh mendoan. for that I invite the next generation of its dedicated students to learn more about this delicious food, ranging from the creation to presentation.

CHAPTER II
HOW  TO MAKE TEMPEH MENDOAN

ingredients:
300 g tempeh, sliced
​​thin width 10x15 cm
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
100 g rice flour
• 1 tbsp plain flour
125 ml of water
cooking oil
puree:
2 cloves garlic
• 1 red onions
• 1 tsp coriander
½ tsp pepper granules
• 2 tsp salt
How to make:
Stir flour with spices, green onions, and water until blended.
Dip each piece of tempeh in flour dough.
Fry in hot oil and more flour until the dough is frozen but not yet hardened, mature but not yellow or dry. Remove and drain.
Serve warm with soy sauce pepper. For 12 pieces or to taste.

In this report, I conclude that the food was not tasty and nutritious food prices were expensive but relatively cheap.
