INTRODUCTION
Praise be to Allah who has given us the opportunity to be able to complete the paper on time. This paper contains about making candied peel of the fruit. Sweets is made with the intent to reduce the disposal of household waste which still can be used again and beneficial to society. Besides it is also proposed to complement the English language on the subject of the reporting
This report will not be realized without the assistance of various parties, for that occasion, the author would like to thank:

INTRODUCTION
A. Background Paper Making
The background from the manufacture of this paper are:
Leader in an organization or in a group is something that is very important for an organization or group, for its members is a role model and determining the direction of the organization.
In this paper the author will present ways to become a good leader and hopefully useful.
B. Purpose
The objective of this paper is:
1. Motivation to all the leaders
2. That all human motivation can be a good leader
3. As motivation to live, because every human being is a leader for life and himself
C. BENEFITS
1. Add insight in leadership
2. As a medium of learning to be a good leader
3. No doubt in running leadership

CONTENTS
A. Problem leader
Not a few leaders who failed in their role, in fact there are many leaders who are not liked by the members simply because of lack of proper policy making that led walk not according to the expectations of himself and all parties.
B. Problem solving or troubleshooting as leader
Must have a purpose§
A leader must have a vision and mission, and a clear goal. Like a ship, a leader is the captain who had a goal where the ship would dock. Furthermore, a good leader must submit the goals, vision and mission to all members. So that employees are motivated to achieve the same target, so that the leaders can provide guidance to move the team toward a predetermined goal.
Has a strong character§
Usually Successful leaders have a strong character. Always willing to take the challenge, and are confident that the risks taken will benefit his team. Although many leaders have often criticized people for his courage to take risks. But make no mistake, the leader is always thinking ahead to delivering innovation, his team managed to become a pioneer and not a follower.
Spry and always focus§
Good leader will quickly act in all things, both in normal conditions and urged a leader should be able to make decisions accurately and quickly.
Besides, leaders should focus on objectives, priorities split between long-term priorities. This is very important, because it affects the team's work. Do not get them confused, which tasks a prime sasaran for their completion. Swiftly to changes in the environment is important, but do not forget your main focus.

Do not let the leader of arrogant and unwilling to admit mistakes, because it will give a bad example for its members. Besides, identify advantages and disadvantages of each - each member of the team, aims to develop the potential of its members in accordance with their own advantages.
Humility§
Although a higher office leader, but not necessarily be able to mingle with members of the team. Devote some time to go straight to see the team, and get to know each - each member to facilitate communication between employees and leaders. Good communication between subordinates and superiors, will facilitate collaboration and increase loyalty team members.
