INTODUCTION

 

     Vegetable in continental dishes are served as an appetizer in addition to cold as a salad, also served as an assistant of the main course.

     Vegetables including healthy foods that contain fewer calories. mineral and vitamin content is high and the sense of determining the freshness of the vegetables. besides vegetables also contain lots of fiber which is good for digestion body.
