Materials:

1. 1 kg tumeric

2. 1 kg of palm sugar

3. 250 g black tamarind

4. Salt as much as needed

5. 31 of water

Equipment:

1. knife

3. stove

4. pot

5. sieve

Step:

1. turmeric and wash it.Then peel, slice it.use a

2. grinder or blender to grind the sliced ​​turmeric / pour
