The food is a need of every human being, a lot of different kinds of food in everyday life like Indonesian food Gado-gado, namely in the form of vegetables are good for our health. But if most of us consume Gado-gado will experience abdominal pain because these foods receipts sauce.

Step making Gado-gado
For the Sauce: heat oil, saute ground spices to flavor stir harum.Campur with peanuts, coconut milk, lemongrass, lime leaves, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and the flavor sajikanayam, stir, and cook until boiling, remove from heat. Boil the vegetables until cooked, remove and drain. Prepare the dish, good vegetables, tofu, and tempeh. Pour peanut sauce or serve separately, sprinkle with fried onions. Complete with hard boiled eggs and fried chips
